Based on structures commonly found all across the continent, these models combine fine detailing, realistic decoration and ease of use into buildings you can add all along your lines to give them a real railroad feeling.

Service your steam fleet in style with these superb models! Appearing early in the 20th century, tanks like this were a fixture of railroad facilities until the last days of steam. Perfect for busy engine terminals, you can also use it alongside the Golden Valley Depot (sold separately) to model a sleepy tank town in just a few minutes.

Fully assembled, the model features detailed wooden support timbers while the tank is molded in the same main color as other Trackside Built-up buildings. The spout can be moved to either the up or down position to add more action to any scene.


Typical of structures used by railroads in both the steam and diesel eras, this Built up is perfect for any main-line or branch-line operation.

RETURNS: All items unless stated otherwise are Sold As Is.

• LOCOMOTIVE SPECIAL CONDITIONS: This unit has an odometer and an hour meter on it for return both the odometer and the hour meter must read zero.
• For MTH items If the unit is run then normal factory warranty would apply and MTH would directly handle any warranty issues.
• On New power units Factory Warrantees apply and are handled directly by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty agreement.

SHIPPING: SHIPPING is done Monday thru Friday normally within 1 day of receiving payment. Sometime a delay does occur due to weather or the commercial carriers we use to deliver the packages. All customers receive an email notifying they of the scheduled delivery date at the time of shipping along with the tracking number of the package.

FREE SHIPPING: FREE SHIPPING ONLY applies to packages shipped domestically within the continental United States. Shipping outside the 48 states pay quoted shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL customers pay quoted shipping cost based on the service class desired and the Destination. International, Canadian, Australian, German, Japanese and United Kingdom Buyers MUST pay by Paypal and MUST Provide a Telephone Number for the customs form.
