Now that more and more layouts are using Digital Command Control, we've revised our entire selection of track and turnouts to make them DCC-Friendly.

These new Track matches up to and is compatible with the Turnouts (sold separately).

New MICRO ENGINEERING Code 83 track components are based on American Railroad Engineering Association drawings, and have been designed to meet NMRA standards.

Designed for years of reliable service, the geometry of turnouts makes it easy to combine the pieces with any crossing or slip switch that fits your track plans.

MICRO ENGINEERING Code 83 track features ties molded in creosote-colored flexible plastic that mimics the look of the prototype, plus wood grain, tie plate and appropriate spike details. All track and turnouts feature the correct prototypical tie spacing and all are DCC friendly.

Code 83 products come fully assembled with:

** Scale-size, wood-grained plastic ties

** American-style spike heads and tie plates

** Rail brace and slide plate details

* Fully Assembled

Since these are 36 inches long they ship in a long container and are sleeved to protect them during shipment. Shipping cost reflects the added handling and packaging required to ship this product.

• For MTH items If the unit is run then normal factory warranty would apply and MTH would directly handle any warranty issues.
• On New power units Factory Warrantees apply and are handled directly by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty agreement.

SHIPPING: SHIPPING is done Monday thru Friday normally within 1 day of receiving payment. Sometime a delay does occur due to weather or the commercial carriers we use to deliver the packages. All customers receive an email notifying they of the scheduled delivery date at the time of shipping along with the tracking number of the package.

FREE SHIPPING: FREE SHIPPING ONLY applies to packages shipped domestically within the continental United States. Shipping outside the 48 states pay quoted shipping costs.
