This is a Walther's Cornerstone kit New in the Box.

This is a HUGE KIT and makes a Large Complex.

Derived from crude oil, plastics are first formed into tiny pellets which become the raw materials for everything from soda bottles to model railroad equipment. Lightweight and easily handled by pneumatic systems, the pellets are shipped in bulk by train and stored on-site in vertical storage tanks. Large air compressors power these facilities, which feature a number of delivery pipes and control valves.

And now, modeling one of these modern industries is a snap with this all-new kit! When assembled, its great by itself at trackside as a truck reload point for local deliveries. Or combine it with other big industrial buildings to create a custom plastics plant anywhere along your line. (You can also use it model other types of pneumatic storage/delivery systems like those found at commercial bakeries, flour mills, chemical or fertilizer plants and many, many other industries.) The kit includes four storage silos, unloading piping for two hopper cars, walkways and railings, a compressor shed, piping and decal signs. Plus, molded-in cut lines are provided to make kitbashing fast and easy.

Pellets can be shipped to your new plant in the National Steel Car Co. Plastic Pellet Covered Hoppers (sold separately). These ready-to-run cars are available in eight different schemes and come loaded with separate details, including wire grab irons and working knuckle couplers.

• LOCOMOTIVE SPECIAL CONDITIONS: This unit has an odometer and an hour meter on it for return both the odometer and the hour meter must read zero.
• For MTH items If the unit is run then normal factory warranty would apply and MTH would directly handle any warranty issues.
• On New power units Factory Warrantees apply and are handled directly by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty agreement.

SHIPPING: SHIPPING is done Monday thru Friday normally within 1 day of receiving payment. Sometime a delay does occur due to weather or the commercial carriers we use to deliver the packages. All customers receive an email notifying them of the scheduled delivery date at the time of shipping along with the tracking number of the package.

FREE SHIPPING: FREE SHIPPING ONLY applies to packages shipped domestically within the continental United States. Shipping outside the 48 states pay quoted shipping costs.
